The SigmaDrive is a C.V. joint that resists the propeller thrust without bearings. It reduces or even eliminates vibrations that are originated from an imperfect alignment between the propeller shaft and the engine, compensating for up to 3° in all directions. SigmaDrive has been developed to substitute the need to use shaft joints with thrust bearings making the dimensions very compact and similar to a standard coupling.
